For sales managers, detailed sales plans incorporating roomnights, rates and revenue can be quickly completed by account and by segment with an opportunity to include information about an account's potential and current market share. Each financial plan is then complemented by a date-specific action plan to support the numbers.
Sales Optimiser can be deployed in two modes, individually or in tandem:
- Regional Sales Office (RSO) mode enables international, national and regional sales offices to plan by account either at a grand total level (eg all business to be generated by Company X for the whole chain) or at a more detailed level (eg all business to be generated by Company X for specific regions, countries or hotels).
- Hotel Sales Office (HSO) mode enables property-based sales managers to create specific targets for their own hotel
