The Powerful Platform

At the heart of the Nexus system is worXcentral, a versatile and robust database that stores hotel property and rate data, client information, contract terms, sales activities and plans, meetings, calendarized due dates, production data— and everything else required to manage a sales operation. As we all know through (bitter) experience, a database is only as good as the quality of the data that's stored there. One of the great advantages of worXcentral is that it's a "working database." Because it supports the business-critical contract process, you can have greater confidence that the data is comprehensive, accurate and current.

If there's one thing more frustrating than inaccurate or missing data— it has to be great data that you can't access! That's never a problem with worXcentral because it incorporates a smart import/export tool called QuickSync. QuickSync enables users to run a vast range of queries against the worXcentral database. That includes not just status and activity reports, but hotel profile data that can be used by Sales and Marketing to identify hotels within a group that fit specified criteria such as amenities, meeting space capacity or proximity to key client locations.

For the RFP process, worXcentral supports NBTA as well as 30 unique Consortia formats— over 1,000 pieces of data for each hotel! By populating worXcentral prior to the RFP season, a hotel can respond to a Corporate or Consortia contract bid— in just 5 minutes!

I don't count Schoenefeld as it's halfway to Dresden); an exhibition centre (Messe Berlin, home of ITB); a hotel (could be any - you only spend 3 hours a night there anyway) and a bar (Marlene's).
