Communicate effectively.

When a request is sent via ShareworX, the recipient is alerted via email. The email contains a direct link to the ShareworX application containing all the details of the program. The respondent is then guided logically through the program, clearly directed to provide information where needed, and then required to sign off. At any time, the program coordinator can quickly assess the status of responses— how many responses have been received? Who has not yet reviewed the program? Who has started to respond but not completed? ShareworX is the flexible solution to electronically manage solicitation for all types of sales & marketing programs.

ShareworX is supported by the Nexus worXcentral database. Hotel profile and rate data can be accessed through ShareworX to provide web sites, publishers and other business partners with up-to-date property information, tailored to their own needs and in their preferred format.
