GroupworX filters for hotels that match specific client parameters. For example, city center hotels with more than 150 rooms, an indoor pool and a business center. Even complex bids that require very exacting details related to function room and F&B needs, the precise allotment of guest rooms for each night or the clients' budget guidelines can be communicated in a consistent, simple format to the relevant properties.

Completing the GroupworX details on the standard form presented to hotels is quick and easy. If clients with have their own Group form, these can be attached to the bid for hotels to copy, populate, save and upload back to GroupworX application.
