nexus [nek-suhs]: link, meeting point, connection

Nexus began life as JBH Travel Audit in Denver, Colorado in 1998. Our focus back then was travel agent commission processing, but we soon diversified into RFP processing (RFPworX) after recognizing that bid & contracting solutions for hotels at that time were limited.

Our only focus is hotels. We don't service any other industry sectors. In fact, we see ourselves as hotel people developing technology solutions rather than a technology company working in the hotel industry. Most of us at some time during our careers have walked in our clients' footsteps, so we know the challenges involved in selling hotel rooms. Our goal is to make life easier for hotel sales teams so that sales people can focus on selling.

We're always on hand to answer any day-to-day questions or issues that arise, and we welcome your input.

Nexus is a word meaning link, meeting point or connection— it is in this spirit that Nexus designs its tools and products to facilitate global communication among sales teams.
