NEXUS APPOINTS NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR

London— 20 April 2007— Nexus World Services, Inc. ("Nexus"), has appointed Geoff Andrew as managing director.

Mr. Andrew, who will be based in the company's London office, joins Nexus from his previous position as group director sales and marketing for Corinthia Hotels International, based in Malta. Prior to this he was managing director of Summit Hotels and Resorts and before that, held the positions of vice president and latterly senior vice president within Utell, based in the USA.

The Nexus system is used by many leading hotel groups to store, manage and distribute hotel information and rates to corporates, meeting planners, travel management companies and online business providers. Nexus delivers data quickly and in a client-specific format, thus increasing hotels' success rate for winning contracts and bids. The Nexus suite also integrates a powerful "Sales Force Automation" application designed for the hotel industry.

Mr. Andrew said: "The hotel industry is still awash with manual processes and elements of automation that don't talk to each other. Nexus is a very strong suite of products that can play an important role in making life easier for hotels and their clients, thus driving revenue for both. Going forward, we'll be investing further in the range of solutions we provide and expanding into new markets, geographically and by market sector."
