FORTE VILLAGE RESORT CHOOSES NEXUS FOR SALES MANAGEMENT

Multi- award winning luxury resort, Forte Village, has opted to equip its sales team with Nexus technology. An agreement has been reached to deploy Nexus’ sales force automation (SFA) application, HotelworX™, and group lead system, GroupworX™ to sales staff both within the resort and in remote regional offices. 

Located in Sardinia, Italy, Forte Village has for 11 consecutive years been recognized by the World Travel Awards as the ‘World’s Leading Resort’. Accommodation at the resort includes bungalows and suites as well as eight hotels. 

Director of Sales and Marketing, Cristiano Cabutti comments, “Forte Village is continuing to grow and develop. In addition to the hotels at the resort, next month we will open Castel Monastero in Tuscany. We realized that we had to find a sales system that made it easy to share client data and group leads between all our properties and sales offices. Nexus gives us an online solution with sales force automation and group sales functions all rolled into one. We have been using Nexus RFP products for some years so we know the quality of their products.” 

Nexus launched its HotelworX SFA in the summer of 2008 as the latest component of an integrated suite of sales management solutions that includes Corporate, Consortia and Leisure RFP applications plus a Group Sales Lead system.

The great thing about Nexus is that it’s been designed with hotel sales teams in mind so the business process is easy and intuitive.
