NEXUS ENTERS NEW MARKET WITH HOSMARK AGREEMENT

UK hotel representation company, Hosmark, has become the first specialist group bookings agency to benefit from Nexus’ integrated suite of sales management applications. 

Like many other representation companies, Hosmark has previously relied on generic contact management software, spreadsheets and faxes to handle its 6,000 UK clients on behalf of 70 hotels around the world. The Nexus solution, combining sales force automation (HotelworX) with a group sales lead application (GroupworX) means that almost the entire process can now be managed through one system. 

Hosmark’s Managing Director, Roger Plumpton, believes Nexus will have a significant impact on his team’s productivity and bring improved customer service. “Using the Nexus system we’ll be able to manage our client relationships and the group sales process in a much more efficient way. It also makes reporting simpler and more comprehensive.” 

Says Geoff Andrew, Nexus’ Managing Director: “Although our products have been specifically designed for the hotel industry, Hosmark operates in an area of the market that is quite new to us. We were pleased to find such a good match between their needs and our suite of products.”
